Founder and President
Kenneth Nemcovich is Founder and President of PSCG. He is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, results-generating Senior Executive with over 30 years of executive leadership experience managing all aspects of both Captive and BPO inbound outbound Telesales and Customer Service organizations.
Prior to his founding PSCG he held executive positions with AOL, Delta Air Lines, Chadwick’s of Boston, Surpass LLC with responsibilities for HR, IT, QA Training and Leadership development over 10 contact centers and 4,000 employees. In these rolls Ken lead Retention and Acquisition Marketing operations with responsibilities in developing strategic direction and operational planning across multiple vertical’s such as Education, Travel, High Tech, and Publishing.
Ken’s experience has also included vendor and program management, strategic planning, business development, process improvement and business process outsourcing with a strong focus on cost reduction and improving overall results.
When not at work Ken enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, exercising and spending time at the beach.
Steve Peterson, Ed.D
Dr. Peterson has an extensive and progressive twenty-four-year career in higher education marketing and recruiting. His career started in the trenches as his first role was in financial aid helping students fund their education. Dr. Peterson moved quickly through the ranks and became one of the leading admissions and marketing professionals in the country. During his career, he has managed over $500 million dollars in marketing funds and recruited 250,000 students. Dr. Peterson subscribes to a performance-based marketing and recruitment culture that thrives on accountability. Most recently, Dr. Peterson is involved in the launching of a new online division that has surpassed 1,000 students in 36 months.
Tim Smith has over 30 years of experience in Non Profit Administration, Management and Fund Development. Having served as a Chief Development Officer in Non-Profit Organizations providing a wide range of expertise and resource in Non Profit leadership and management.
Tim has served a variety of roles in executive non-profit leadership for mega size organizations.
Tim serves as Founder and CEO for Non-Profit DNA, a boutique firm committed to helping non-profits build their capacity through fundraising, leadership, team building, staff recruiting and coaching.
Previously, Tim has served as the Chief Development Officer for Food for the Hungry and most recently, Museum of the Bible. In these roles he provided the executive global management of all fundraising and marketing activities.
Brian Parker, Ed.D
Dr. Parker currently serves as Partner and Managing Director of the 989 Group. With over 20 years of leadership in university and collegiate enrollment management, marketing and institutional advancement as a director, dean, and vice president, Brian is a gifted strategist, writer, thinker, and leader in higher education. Brian holds master’s degrees from the University of Chicago and McCormick Theological Seminary, as well as a doctorate of education from Olivet Nazarene University. He attended the Harvard Institute for Higher Education as well.
Kevin Nemcovich is the owner of Blue Ridge Communications. His experience includes business and strategy development, performance and sale metrics, company budgeting, and P&L management. Kevin has worked with many senior level executives at multiple higher level education institutions, assisting them in developing strategies to increase enrollment, as well as find ways to increase program offerings. He has successfully on-boarded a number of universities to a new telephony platform, assisting with set-up, troubleshooting, training personnel, and launching. His experience has resulted in generating relationships with one of the largest universities in the world, as well as Sphere 3D, a global technology company.
Christina Cush is the Director of Admissions & Writing Services of Campus Boss. She has over 25 years of professional editing and writing experience, mostly working in national print magazines. Christina honed her writing and editing skills working at some of the most iconic magazines.
After spending the last five years in public relations, corporate communications, and social media/digital content creation, Christina has the branding experience to ensure that prospects’ biggest achievements, unique characteristics and extracurricular interests are leveraged and presented cohesively.
